Statement of Work (SOW)

To provide USS JOHN L. CANLEY (ESB-6) with Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) Service Technician repairs for the ship's VESTDAVIT Controllers.

• The Contractor is responsible for repairing and certifying VESTDAVIT Controllers.

• Military Sealift Command (MSC) will coordinate shipments to and from the VESTDAVIT Repair Facility.

• Upon completion of repairs, VESTDAVIT will notify MSC when controllers are ready for shipment.

• MSC N4 will ship controllers from MSC Warehouse to VESTDAVIT Repair Facility upon contract award.

• VESTDAVIT will ship controllers to the VESTDAVIT repair Facility upon contract award.

• VESTDAVIT OEM Repair Technicians will test and troubleshoot failures for each controller.

• VESTDAVIT will provide Condition Found Reports to MSCREP.

• VESTDAVIT OEM Repair Technicians will repair, test, and certify the controllers.

• VESTDAVIT will provide an electronic copy of certificates for controllers to MSC prior to informing MSC of repair completion.
