- Reception Area: Remove existing counter, fabricate and install a new solid wood and Formica counter, recarpet, extend a wall to square off the administrative area, and install a new door with a glass window.
- Hallways and Break Room: Remove existing tile and prepare/polish the underlying concrete slab.
- General Office: Install an acoustic sliding door (NIC 40 rating) between the General Office and the new Assistant AD office.
- General Storage Room: Convert to Assistant AD Office, involving shelving removal, wall repairs, repainting, recarpeting, door modification with vision lite, and new electrical/telecom receptacles.
