- General Storage Room – Conversion to Assistant AD Office: Removing shelving, repairing walls, repainting, recarpeting, modifying the existing door, and adding electrical/telecom receptacles.
All work must comply with federal, state, and local building codes and USDA standards. Finish selections and device locations require USDA approval. The project scope has been modified by amendments to remove specific hallways/breakroom flooring and a general office sliding door.
