Purpose & Scope
This Industry Day, hosted by Army Contracting Command – Rock Island (ACC-RI) on behalf of Portfolio Acquisition Executive Agile Sustainment and Ammunition (PAE AS&A) and Army Material Command (AMC), aims to:
- Discuss Public-Private-Partnerships (P3) and Co-Production opportunities at Government Owned, Government Operated (GOGO) installations.
- Explore the ARMS Program at Government Owned, Contractor Operated (GOCO) installations.
- Provide an overview of Enhanced Use Leases (EUL).
- Seek input from both traditional and non-traditional defense contractors to shape the future of OIB partnerships and address critical gaps.
- Program Manager Combat Ammunitions System (PM CAS) will present on project planning for Mortar and Artillery Munition Development and Production Opportunities, including 60/81/120mm Mortar Cartridge and 105/155mm Projectile Load/Assemble/Pack (LAP), Metal Parts, Fuzes, Propellants, Primers, and associated materials.

- General Session: Day 1 (March 19), 4 hours, covering both OIB and Indirect Fires. Participation is limited to 4 individuals per company.
- One-on-One Meetings:
- Indirect Fires: With PM CAS representatives to discuss multi-year contracting experiences, benefits, and drawbacks. Industry is requested to submit white papers ahead of time.
- OIB P3/Co-production: With GOGO site representatives. Industry should review the "GOGO Site Snapshot" document and rank preferences for site meetings. White papers are not requested beforehand but may be requested after.
