The contractor will provide administration and programmatic support services to broaden the scientific and technical talent pool. Key activities include:

  • Developing and managing a Summer Research Internship Program, particularly for Historically Black Colleges and Universities (HBCU) and Minority Serving Institutions (MSI).
  • Recruitment, application processing, and participant selection.
  • Creating and maintaining program websites and comprehensive databases for applicants and participants.
  • Coordinating applicant matching, appointment execution, and background investigations.
  • Administering stipends, relocation costs, and travel expenses for participants.
  • Planning and executing program-related events, seminars, and workshops.
  • Providing regular and ad hoc reports, including financial status, stipend status, applicant analysis, and selectee analysis.

  • Type: Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity Multiple Award (IDIQ MA) Task Order Contract.
  • Maximum Ceiling: $49,000,000

Submission & Evaluation

  • Evaluation Factors: Management (most important), Technical, Past Performance, and Cost/Price. Offerors must achieve a "Good" rating in Management and Technical, and "Relevant" and "Satisfactory Confidence" for Past Performance.

    • Do not propose costs for Other Direct Costs (ODCs) such as participant travel, stipends, or event fees; these will be defined in individual Task Orders.
