The core requirement is to accomplish the setting of an Overspeed Shut-Off Valve Spring. This involves:

• Adjusting the spring to close at 206 gallons per minute (+10/-0 GPM) with up to 1500 PSIG pressure using specified test medium (MIL-H-19457 or MIL-H-22072).
