Scope of Work
The contractor will replace existing lock-sets on living area doors with new Ving Card Signature RFID or Dormakaba RFID electronic lock systems. This includes providing bit lists, cores, master keying systems (Grand master, Master, Sub-Master), a front desk system (computer, monitor, Ving Vision software, RFID encoder), spare locksets, service terminals, and RFID cards (1500 resident, 100 staff). The contractor is responsible for the full operation and upgrades of the network infrastructure for lock operation, as well as any necessary door and frame modifications. Training for the new lock system operation is also required. Facilities will remain occupied during construction, necessitating minimal interference with normal operations and daily security of work areas. The project has an anticipated duration of 540 days.
Contract Details
This is a Combined Synopsis/Solicitation for repair or alteration of miscellaneous buildings (PSC Z2JZ). The estimated cost range for this project is between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000. Eligibility is restricted to M&R MACC Contractors listed on the General Requirements cover page. Bid, payment, and performance bonds are required based on proposal value. Offerors must comply with the Contractor Environmental Guide for MCB Camp Lejeune.
Evaluation & Submission
Award will be based on the Lowest Price. Proposals must include pricing for 31 Exhibit Line Item Numbers (ELINs 0001-0031) as detailed in the Revised Pricing Sheet. Failure to price all ELINs may result in rejection. Offerors must acknowledge all amendments with their proposal.
