Scope of Work
The contractor will provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and transportation for comprehensive cleaning services at Bldg. 964. Key tasks include:
- Firing Range Cleaning: Removal of lead dust and particulates from the shooter's slab and range floor, including washing with lead cleaning solutions and environmentally safe waste removal.
- Dust Collection Unit (DCU) Cleaning: Cleaning and replacement of government-furnished filters, and inspection for damage.
- Ventilation Filter Cleaning: Removal, cleaning, and re-installation of building ventilation system and DCU filters.
- Waste Management: Transferring lead debris to disposal drums for turn-in at the Hazardous Waste Storage Area, and transporting contaminated/non-contaminated debris to designated off-base facilities (Kita Kyushu for lead-contaminated).
Services are required 6 times per 12 months, with each performance period lasting up to four days.
