Submission & Evaluation

  • Submission of the HR-1 powder source name for Government evaluation.
  • A written explanation demonstrating the relevance of past work in scope, magnitude, and complexity.
  • Consideration of past performance information in the Supplier Performance Risk System (SPRS).
  • CMMC Level 2 (Self) or higher is required prior to award, with offerors providing CMMC Unique Identifiers (UIDs) in their offer.
  • Offerors must be registered in SAM prior to award.
  • Quotes must be valid for at least 60 days.

Additionally, offerors must have a NIST SP 800-171 DoD Assessment (not more than three years old) posted in SPRS to be eligible for drawing access.
