The objective is to establish a repeatable framework for defining an organization-wide technology vision, setting strategic direction, establishing technology governance, ensuring alignment with PEO DHMS Strategy, and managing risk. The delivered solution must be sustainable by government personnel.
Key Requirements
Solutions should address outcomes in three Areas of Interest (AOIs):
- CSO AOI 1 (Operations Outcome): Enhance operational efficiency through novel processes or automated workflows for technology projects.
- CSO AOI 2 (Strategy Outcome): Streamline long-term technology vision creation and align strategic initiatives with PEO DHMS business goals using data-driven frameworks.
- CSO AOI 3 (Governance Outcome): Strengthen governance structures, automate technology project monitoring/reporting, and provide frameworks for identifying/mitigating enterprise risk.
Anticipated deliverables include an Enterprise Technology Strategy Roadmap, Technology Risk Management Framework, Technology Transformation Change Management Plan, and an Annual Technology Report.

Submission & Evaluation
