• CSO AOI 3: Governance Outcome: A new system, platform, or process to strengthen governance structures, automate technology project monitoring/reporting, and provide a framework for identifying/mitigating enterprise risk.

Examples of anticipated deliverables include an Enterprise Technology Strategy Roadmap, Technology Risk Management Framework, Technology Transformation Change Management Plan, and an Annual Technology Report.

The anticipated period of performance is not to exceed nine (9) months.
