Scope of Work
The contractor shall provide Board Certified Hematology/Medical Oncology Physician Services. This includes outpatient services with a minimum of three (3) and a maximum of four (4) 6-hour clinic sessions per week, each with up to 25 patient slots. One clinic day must be on Friday. Services will focus on general hematology-oncology, including all sub-specialties, and ad-hoc inpatient coverage. Physicians are required to attend 124 hours of committees/conferences annually. All physicians must be licensed, Board Certified by ABIM in Hematology and Medical Oncology, and certified in BLS/ACLS. Mandatory training, infection control compliance, and adherence to HIPAA regulations are also required.
