Physicians must be licensed, Board Certified by ABIM in Hematology and Medical Oncology, and certified in BLS/ACLS. The contract requires one (1) full-time equivalent (FTE) provider, with a minimum of one (1) Board-Certified Hematology provider on-site when called or scheduled. The contractor is responsible for ensuring coverage during vacancies or absences. Mandatory training and compliance with national standards (The Joint Commission, AHA), VHA regulations, infection control, and HIPAA are required.

Contract Details

This is a Fixed Price (FP) Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract with an Economic Price Adjustment (EPA). The period of performance includes a six-month base period, an option for an additional six months, and four subsequent one-year option periods, totaling five years. The estimated overall acquisition value is $16 Million, with a contract minimum of $10,000.00 and a maximum of $1,500,000.00.
