Scope of Work

Services encompass general hematology-oncology, all sub-specialties, and ad-hoc inpatient coverage. Physicians must be licensed, Board Certified by ABIM in Hematology and Medical Oncology, and certified in BLS/ACLS. The contract requires one (1) full-time equivalent (FTE) provider, with a minimum of one (1) Board-Certified Hematology provider on-site when called or scheduled. The contractor is responsible for ensuring coverage during vacancies or absences. The period of performance includes a six-month base period, an option for an additional six months, and four subsequent one-year option periods, totaling five years.
