Scope of Work
The requirement involves the development and implementation of a comprehensive CAFM system, the first of its kind for the Carl T Hayden Medical Center. Key tasks include:
- Space Audit & Personnel Study: Conduct a system-wide space audit and personnel utilization study.
- PaaS Integration & Implementation: Implement a Platform as a Service (PaaS) system integrating BIM, architectural drawings, occupant data, and condition assessments into a 3D visualization. The system must be comparable to ArcGIS Pro, provide high-precision location data, and meet FedRAMP Moderate to High certification.
- PaaS Maintenance: Provide ongoing maintenance, data updates, and technical support.
- Training: Develop and deliver training courses for PVAHCS employees. The system will integrate with existing CAI and SCIP databases (one-way) and the AEMS-MERS (Vista) inventory system. The desired "Go-Live" date is January 1, 2027.

Eligibility & Submission
