Scope of Work

The contractor will develop and implement a comprehensive CAFM system. Key tasks include:

  • Space Audit & Personnel Study: Conduct a system-wide space audit and personnel utilization study for the PVAHCS main campus and associated clinics.
  • PaaS Integration & Implementation: Implement a Platform as a Service (PaaS) system integrating BIM, architectural drawings, occupant data, and condition assessments into a 3D visualization. The system must be comparable to ArcGIS Pro, with high-precision location data.
  • PaaS Maintenance: Provide ongoing maintenance, data updates, and technical support for the PaaS system.
  • Training: Develop and deliver training courses for PVAHCS employees on the CAFM system.

Deliverables include a site survey, personnel occupancy survey, online software system setup, Capital Asset Inventory (CAI) data upload, floor plan updates, technical support, user licenses, and training materials. The desired "Go-Live" date is January 1, 2027, with the period of performance starting April 1, 2026.
