• Task 2: PaaS Integration & Implementation: Implement a Platform as a Service (PaaS) system integrating BIM, architectural drawings, occupant data, and condition assessments into a 3D visualization. The system should be comparable to ArcGIS Pro, with high-precision location data.

• Task 3: PaaS Maintenance: Provide ongoing maintenance, data updates, and technical support for the PaaS system.

• Task 4: Training: Develop and deliver training courses for PVAHCS employees on the CAFM system.
