Scope of Work

Eligibility & Evaluation
This is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside. Award will be made to the Lowest Priced, Technically Acceptable Offer. To be technically acceptable, offerors must:
- Be registered in SAM with no active exclusions.
- Submit prior experience of at least two (2) recent (within 5 years) and relevant contracts/projects similar to the SOW requirements.
- Provide a technical proposal explaining how SOW requirements will be carried out.
- Possess a valid North Carolina Marine or Building contractor's license.
- Comply with EM 385-1-1 (Safety and Occupational Health Requirements Manual) and Wage Rate Requirements.
