Scope of Work
The contractor will be responsible for the complete removal and off-site disposal of up to 36 pilings (up to 12 inches in diameter), pier bracing, crossmembers, and any associated debris from the existing pier and clusters. This includes both underwater and washed-ashore materials. Pilings must be cut at the seabed floor or removed entirely. A post-removal multibeam survey is required to verify removal within the designated area. If additional horizontal pilings are discovered within the designated removal area, their removal is requested. The Period of Performance is 90 days after contract award.

Evaluation & Eligibility
