• Installation of two new air handler units, new isolation valves for hot and chilled water lines, new fan coil units, and a new restroom exhaust fan. All new components must match existing characteristics and performance where applicable, with a minimum SEER rating of 14.
• Insulation of new lines per Shaw Air Force Base Design Standards, including metal jacketing on exterior lines.
• Installation of surge protection and water alarms/overflow protection on new equipment.
• Conducting a Test and Balance of the HVAC system in accordance with UFGS 23 05 93, balancing to original design conditions.
• The facility will be occupied during construction, requiring coordination to minimize interference and protect government property.

Submission & Evaluation
