This solicitation is for Facility Pressure Washing services at the C.W. Bill Young VA Medical Center in Bay Pines, FL. The Department of Veterans Affairs requires comprehensive pressure washing for main entrances, walkways, courtyards, and bus stops across multiple buildings on the campus.

• Pressure washing of eighteen designated building entrances, two courtyards, and one bus stop.

• Cleaning of approximately 155,000 square feet of walkways, entrances, and ramp surfaces, plus associated architectural features.

• Services to be performed twice annually (every six months).

• Use of environmentally friendly cleaning solutions.

• Contractor must provide all necessary equipment, including an industrial pressure washer (min. 3,200 PSI, 100-gallon tank).

• Cleaning must occur outside normal operating hours (6:00 PM - 12:00 AM Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 6:00 PM weekends).

• Deliverables include Field Reports, Material Data Sheets, and PPE information.

• Contractor must have a minimum of three years of specialized experience and a 30-hour OSHA certification.
