Statement of Work (SOW) / Performance Work Statement (PWS)

To replace the existing roofing system on the San Luis Obispo Municipal Airport Air Traffic Control Tower (ATCT).

• Provision and installation of a new roof hatch guardrail kit with a self-closing gate.

• Performance Time: Work to commence after Notice to Proceed (NTP) and be completed within 30 calendar days.

• Supervision: A designated project superintendent must be on-site at all times. An FAA RE will be present for supervision.

• Utilities: Contractor is responsible for providing all utilities.

• Pre-Construction Meeting: A meeting will be scheduled prior to work commencement.

• Inspections: COR will inspect all work in progress and final acceptance. Non-compliance may result in a "stop work order."

• Protection of Existing Facility: Contractor must protect existing facilities and repair any damage at no additional cost.

• Clean Up: Proper clean up and removal of debris, including hazardous waste, is required. The site must be kept clean and orderly.

• Warranties: A minimum 5-year warranty is required, covering repair or replacement of the roof system for failures in materials or workmanship.
