- Installation of VOR monitor antennas, VOR antenna teepee, and TACAN antenna.
- Implementation of a Quality Control Plan and required testing.
- Coordination of all shutdowns and cutovers with FAA Air Traffic Management (30-day notice required).

Submission & Evaluation

Submissions must include a completed SIR document, Technical Approach Plan, Organizational Experience Questionnaire, Key Personnel List, Safety and Security Plan, and a fully executed SF-24 Bid Bond.
- Evaluation: Award will be based on the Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) criteria. Offerors must be determined responsive, responsible, and technically acceptable.
- Site Visit: A site visit is scheduled for May 5, 2026, at 10:00 AM local time in Leeville, LA. Attendees must contact Kenneth Daily by May 4, 2026, and bring Real ID.
