- Installation of VOR monitor antennas, VOR antenna teepee, TACAN antenna, and fiberglass lattice mast.

- Compliance with FAA procedures, federal regulations, state laws, and local jurisdiction requirements.
- Providing a Safety and Security Plan and ensuring key personnel (Superintendent, Safety Officer, QC Manager) are available.

Evaluation will be based on Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) criteria, requiring offerors to be responsive, responsible, and technically acceptable.
