The contractor will provide turnkey services including delivery, setup, operation, maintenance, breakdown, and removal of temporary structures and associated support. Key requirements include:
- Billeting Structures: Weatherproof housing (50 sq ft/person) for up to 510 personnel, later reduced to 200. Raised flooring (7-inch for Range 3 electrical, 6-inch for parade field billeting).
- Shower & Latrine Trailers: Minimum two shower trailers (1:1 person-per-showerhead ratio, 8-head acceptable) and 10-16 latrine trailers.
- Training Structure: Temporary structure for Engagement Skills Trainer (EST) II.
- Support Services: Conditional power generation, water, and wastewater services. Cleaning services for shower and latrine trailers (3x/week). Site management, 24/7 contractor access, and a 24-hour contact with 12-hour maintenance response.
- Site Restoration: Yearly ground restoration is required for Camp Buckner Parade Field, returning the site to its original condition.
- Flexibility: HVAC systems are acceptable in lieu of ceiling fans. 500-gallon propane tanks are acceptable for shower units with safety guidelines.

Key Clarifications
- The GSA Contract requirement for transportation support has been removed.
- FAR 52.219-14 (Limitations on Subcontracting) does not apply, and a subcontracting plan is not required.

- Optional CLINs for water and generators are contingency items and not included in the evaluated price.
