Scope of Work

- Coordinating air sampling requirements with JBSA Requester.

- Conducting clearances (visual and Lift Tape Tests) 24 hours post-remediation.
- Completing Mold Protocol and Lab analysis reports within 10 days.

Services will be performed at eleven (11) geographically separated units (GSUs) within Joint Base San Antonio (JBSA), Texas, including JBSA-Randolph, JBSA-Fort Sam Houston, JBSA-Lackland, JBSA-Camp Bullis, JBSA-Canyon Lake, JBSA-Kelly, JBSA-Seguin Airfield, JBSA-Chapman Training Annex, JBSA-Port San Antonio, JBSA-Medical Annex, and JBSA-Grayson Street.
Special Requirements & Evaluation
- Personnel Certification: Contractor personnel must be Texas Mold certified by the Texas Department of Licensing and Registration, and the assessor must be licensed in Texas.
- Insurance: Commercial general liability insurance of not less than $1 million per occurrence is required.
- Laboratory Certification: Sampling results must be from an American Industrial Hygiene Association (AIHA) certified and appropriately licensed laboratory.
- Management: A contract manager responsible for overall coordination is required.
- Base Access: Contractor personnel must undergo background checks and obtain identification badges for base access, complying with all base security, fire, and medical service requirements.
- Compliance: All work must comply with applicable federal, regional, state, and local laws, commercial standards, and OSHA requirements.
- Evaluation: Award will be based on the most advantageous quotes to the Government, determined by a best value assessment.
