Eligibility & Requirements
Contractors must be registered in SAM and provide proof of Texas licensure and current registration. Personnel conducting mold assessments must be licensed in Texas and Texas Mold certified by the Texas Department of Licensing and Registration. Contractors require commercial general liability insurance of at least $1 million per occurrence, a contract manager, and personnel must pass background checks for base access. Compliance with OSHA and all federal, state, and local laws is mandatory.

Quotes will be evaluated on a Lowest Priced, Technically Acceptable (LPTA) basis, considering technical acceptability and price. Offerors must provide unit pricing for all line items in Schedule B.
