Solicitation / RFP / RFQ

This solicitation is for the U.S. Coast Guard (USCG) FIR that is homeported in Coast Guard District 17 at 300 North Fill Pier Cordova, AK 99574. The requirement is considered Full and Open Competition. The contract type will be an Indefinite Delivery Requirement Contract (IDR).

• Site visit coordination required by 8 AM PST on May 15, 2026.

• Questions due by 8 AM PST on May 18, 2026.

• Quote validity period is 90 days.

• Contract Value: Total dollar value of the effort, including growth work, definite and option items, broken down by fiscal or calendar year.
• Period of Performance: Start and end dates.
• Time Extensions: Number of period of performance time extensions.
• Work Performed: A detailed description of the work performed, demonstrating its relevance to the current solicitation's scope.
• Subcontractors: Information on subcontractors utilized, the extent of their work, and their annual dollar value.

Bidders must accurately complete this form for each relevant past performance reference. The detailed information requested on the work performed, its relevance to the solicitation, and the performance of subcontractors will be critical for the government's evaluation of the offeror's past performance. Failure to provide complete and accurate information may negatively impact the evaluation.
