The services will be provided from Veterans' residences, Dane County Regional Airport, major transit stations, or designated pick-up locations to VA or non-VA facilities providing care at VA expense.

• Provision of 24-hour, 7-day a week transportation services using wheelchair vans and ambulatory sedans.

• Vehicles must meet all safety and mechanical standards, including functioning air conditioning/heating, operable safety equipment, and cleanliness.
