This solicitation is for Non-Emergent Wheelchair Transportation Services for the El Paso VA Medical Center (EPVAHCS) and its associated Community-Based Outpatient Clinics (CBOCs). The contractor will provide vehicles, personnel, management, supplies, and equipment for 24/7 non-emergent wheelchair transportation services, including weekends and holidays.
