This solicitation is for a firm-fixed-price contract for an on-site, full-service Mobile CT Scanner/Simulator for the Orlando VA Medical Center (OVAMC). The requirement is for a temporary solution to provide radiation therapy simulations.

• A mobile trailer unit housing a 64-slice (minimum) CT scanner capable of 2D, 3D, and 4D imaging.

• Services include transportation, mobilization, training, full-service maintenance, repairs, replacement parts, and 24/7 technical support.

• The unit must perform CT Localization, Respiratory Gating, Functional CT Exams, 3D Image Reconstruction, Tumor and Patient Specific Imaging, and Integrated Marking.

• Equipment specifications include a large bore size (80 cm minimum), DICOM-RT image transfer capability, Metal Artifact Reduction Software, and specific footprint and height limitations.

• Trailer requirements include radiation shielding, dual entrance, UV sterilizer, lead glass viewing window, shielded control room, and a patient lift with a 2,000-pound capacity.

• Contractor must provide clinical and biomedical training for OVAMC personnel.

• The contractor shall guarantee the trailer meets radiation shielding requirements per 10 CFR Part 20 and 10 CFR Part 36.

• Contract Type: Firm-Fixed-Price.

• Period of Performance: Base of six (6) months with six (6) option months. Estimated start: March 2026.

• Submissions require a Technical Volume (work plan, experience, product specs, delivery, warranty) and a Price Volume (SF1449, contract admin data, Section B pricing).
