Scope of Work

- Configuration A: One steel sphere vessel (2,400 cubic feet), one vacuum pump, one pump exhaust silencer (designed for <70 dB), and one vacuum booster.
- Configuration B: Two steel cylindrical vessels (totaling 2,400 cubic feet), one vacuum pump, one pump exhaust silencer (designed for <70 dB), and one vacuum booster.
Key technical requirements include:
- Vessel Specifications: Vessels must be ASME-rated, capable of withstanding pressures between 10 Torr and 350 psi, and handle 100% air at 800 degrees Fahrenheit (without an after-cooler).
- Performance: The system must achieve an objective evacuation time of 30-45 minutes (maximum 60 minutes) to reach a final pressure of 10 Torr.
