- Vessel Requirements: Bidders must supply the vacuum vessel(s) and provide a sketch or drawing with their proposal. Vessels must be ASME-rated to withstand pressures between 10 Torr and 350 psi. The objective evacuation time is 30-45 minutes, with a maximum of 60 minutes.

Evaluation
Proposals will be evaluated in two volumes: Technical and Price. Technical proposals will be assessed on an acceptable/unacceptable basis.
