Statement of Work (SOW) / Performance Work Statement (PWS)

This Statement of Work outlines construction services required for repairing exterior features of buildings at the Jonathon M. Wainwright Memorial Medical Center in Walla Walla, Washington. Many of the facility's buildings exceed 50 years old, and their systems are beyond useful lives.

The project encompasses repairs to exterior features across 25 buildings. The work includes:

• Performance Monitoring: Work will be evaluated by the assigned COR. Items must be in a clean, proper, and acceptable working condition.
• Inspection and Acceptance: A systems demonstration is required per Specifications for final acceptance.
• Project Meetings: The contractor must organize weekly update meetings with the COR, including a review of project progress, upcoming work, hazard analysis, RFIs, and risks. A separate quality control meeting will occur weekly. Meeting minutes must be provided to the COR.
