  • Contract Type: Firm-Fixed Price construction contract.
  • Period of Performance: 540 calendar days from the Notice to Proceed.

Eligibility & Submission

This is a total SDVOSB set-aside. Offerors must be registered with SBA VetCert (for NAICS 236220) and SAM.gov, and have completed online Representations and Certifications prior to the due date. The SDVOSB must perform a minimum of 15% of the construction work. Proposals, consisting of two volumes (Past Performance and Price/Solicitation documents), must be submitted electronically via email to Lisa.Peace@va.gov. Each volume must be a single attachment, with an email size limit of 15MB. Offerors must provide a detailed summary of their three most recent, substantially complete (>90%) projects demonstrating experience in interior hospital construction.

Evaluation Criteria

Award will be based on a Past Performance-Price Tradeoff, where Past Performance is significantly more important than Price. The government intends to award without discussions but reserves the right to hold them.
