The government intends to award without discussions but reserves the right to hold them.

Amendments

This solicitation has undergone multiple amendments. Amendment 004, issued on February 12, 2026, provided additional RFI responses, updated the DOL Wage Determination, and extended the proposal submission deadline to the current date.
