Eligibility & Submission

This opportunity is a 100% Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) set-aside. Offerors must be registered in SAM.gov, have a current VETS 4212 report, and possess active VA Center for Veterans Enterprise (CVE) verification visible on sba.gov before the bid submission deadline. A "CALCULATION OF SELF PERFORMED WORK" form is required to demonstrate that at least 15% (or 25% for specialty trades) of the contract performance cost will be incurred by the SDVOSB awardee or a verified SDVOSB subcontractor.
