  2. Pricing: Evaluated for completeness and reasonableness. Offerors must clearly annotate pricing or use "Not Separately Priced" (NSP) / "No Cost" for each PWS requirement, including all fees and taxes (New Mexico tax exemption does not apply).

Additional Notes

All offerors must have an active registration in SAM.gov. Payments will be processed via Wide Area WorkFlow (WAWF). Funds are not presently available, and the Government's obligation is contingent upon fund availability.
