  • Lodging: Provision of 80-88 double occupancy rooms for participants traveling 150+ miles, for check-in on June 11, 2026, and check-out on June 12, 2026. Suite-style rooms with a king bed and pullout sofa are acceptable. Multiple hotels or separate lodging/conference properties are acceptable if nearby and fully support event requirements.
  • Dining Services: Light refreshments (AM and PM breaks) for 350 people, including beverages, with options for vegan, dairy-free, and allergy-conscious diets. Menus must be finalized seven days prior to the event. Full meals (breakfast/lunch) are not included.
  • Childcare Services: Care for up to 30 youth (ages 6-18) and up to 20 youth (ages 0-6). Providers must be licensed, have FBI fingerprint and child abuse registry checks, maintain liability insurance, and hold First Aid/CPR certifications.

Technical approaches are limited to 5 pages.
  2. Pricing: Evaluated for completeness and reasonableness.
