• Government Equipment: If Government-provided equipment has mechanical issues, the contractor should contact BLM for repair, as per response to Question 12.
• Sutter 500 Use: The Sutter 500 machine cannot be used on Class 3 trails; handwork or smaller equipment should be used.
• Rock Quarry: Contractors should plan on using non-government quarries.
