This MATOC will cover a full spectrum of Vertical Design A-E services, including pre-design (studies, planning, site investigations), design (parametric estimating, preliminary to full designs, cost engineering, value engineering), and services during construction (engineering, construction phase services, quality assurance). Project types include repair/modernization of existing facilities, design of new facilities, historic preservation, energy resilience, and anti-terrorist/force protection criteria. Sustainable design principles are required. Technical aspects must comply with U.S. national codes, Unified Facilities Criteria (UFC), DoD Criteria and Standards, and USACE Engineering Regulations.

- Contract Type: Multiple Award Task Order Contract (MATOC) / Indefinite Delivery Contracts (IDCs).
- Number of Awards: Approximately six (6) to nine (9) Unrestricted IDCs.

Eligibility & Set-Aside
