Submission & Evaluation
Offerors must submit quotes including pricing for CLIN 0001, a technical narrative (not exceeding 5 pages) demonstrating adherence to the minimum standards identified in Attachment 1 - Salient Characteristics, and a breakdown of hotel names, addresses, number of rooms reserved, and room descriptions. Quotes must be valid through March 30, 2026.
Evaluation will follow a Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) approach. The Government will evaluate the first three lowest-priced offers for technical acceptability. If any of these are found technically unacceptable, additional offers will be evaluated until three technically acceptable offers are identified. Offerors are reminded to acknowledge receipt of all amendments by signing a copy and including it with their quote.
