The award will be made to the offeror with a technically acceptable proposal and the lowest evaluated price.

Additional Notes

All hardware and software must be on the applicable Federal Approved Product List (APL). Contractor personnel will require background checks and must sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA). Installation is to occur between 07:00 am and 03:30 pm, Monday through Friday, unless otherwise approved.
