Statement of Work (SOW) / Performance Work Statement (PWS)

To install and configure an Automated Parking Guidance System (APGS) at the Bureau of Engraving and Printing (BEP) District of Columbia Facility (DCF). The system aims to provide real-time parking space occupancy data to BEP parking managers and end-users via a mobile application and web-based portal, thereby enhancing parking management, reducing search time for parking, and minimizing carbon emissions.

• Design, supply, installation, programming, testing, and maintenance of hardware and software for parking sensors, electronic signage, and the web-based portal/mobile application.

• Installation and programming of parking sensors or overhead cameras (combination allowed; License Plate Readers and camera counting not required).

• Installation of three (3) compact electronic parking guidance or electronic signages at DCF vehicle parking entrances.

• Establishment of a dedicated, secured network for parking equipment communication and data dissemination.

• Establishment of a free, secured mobile application (iOS and Android) and a mobile-compatible web-browser for end-users, requiring no Personal Identifiable Information (PII).

• Design of a system architecture considering parking area terrain, power availability, space at entrances for signage, and security/space for head-end equipment.
