Submission & Evaluation
Offerors must submit a Price Volume and a Technical Volume. Technical evaluation will assess "Acceptable" or "Unacceptable" ratings for two subfactors:
- Technical Subfactor A: Resume (as outlined in Section 6 of the Statement of Work).
- Technical Subfactor B: Audition, scheduled for February 10, 2026, at 1330 at Fort Eustis Chapel. Award will be made on a Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) basis, considering price and technical factors. Past performance will be reviewed for potentially damaging information.
