Submission & Evaluation
Offerors must submit a Price Volume and a Technical Volume. Technical proposals will be evaluated based on two subfactors:
- Technical Subfactor A (Resume): Requires a minimum of 4 years of church/chapel organ/piano experience (specifically for Sunday Roman Catholic Mass Liturgies) and at least 1 year of experience playing pipe organ for Roman Catholic Mass. Three letters of recommendation are also required.
- Technical Subfactor B (Audition): A proficiency demonstration is required, including playing two musical selections on the chapel's pipe organ (for prelude/anthem and offertory) and two musical selections on pipe organ or piano chosen by an interview panel.
