- Coordinating music and support requirements with the Senior Catholic Priest.
- Maintaining appropriate decorum, dress, and conduct.

Personnel & Technical Requirements
Personnel performing the service must be US citizens and will require a background check for base access. The individual performing the music is expected to be the one who auditions.
- Experience: Minimum 4 years church/chapel organ/piano experience, with at least 1 year playing pipe organ for Roman Catholic Mass.
- References: Three letters of recommendation are required.
- Audition: Required to demonstrate proficiency on two musical selections on pipe organ for prelude/anthem and offertory, and two musical selections on pipe organ or piano chosen by an interview panel.
Submission & Evaluation
Proposals must consist of a Price Volume and a Technical Volume.
- Technical Subfactor A: Resume, demonstrating required experience.
- Technical Subfactor B: Audition, demonstrating musical proficiency. Award will be made on a Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) basis, where technical factors are rated "Acceptable" or "Unacceptable." Past performance will be reviewed for potentially damaging information. Payment will be processed via Wide Area WorkFlow (WAWF).
