Scope of Work
The contractor will provide comprehensive O-level and I-level maintenance support, including:
- Aircraft cleaning and washing, scheduled and unscheduled maintenance.
- Aircraft maintenance documentation, flight line operations, and support equipment operation/inspection.
- Aircraft inspection and movement, corrosion control, preservation, and de-preservation.
- Dynamic components maintenance and general aircraft sheet metal/carbon fiber repair. Services must adhere to the Naval Aviation Maintenance Program (NAMP), applicable instruction manuals, Technical Directives (TDs), and Squadron Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). Specific programs include Fuel Surveillance, Hydraulic Contamination Control, Tire and Wheel Maintenance Safety, Tool Control, and Corrosion Prevention and Control. Performance will be measured against timely completion, zero defects, and adherence to allotted timeframes.

Submission & Evaluation

- Proposal Structure: Two parts: Part I (Written Price Proposal) and Part II (Written Technical Proposal).
