To provide gender-specific ceremonial uniform construction services for the Navy Flight Demonstration Squadron (Blue Angels) located at NAS Pensacola, FL. The uniforms are vital for showcasing the pride and professionalism of the U.S. Navy and Marine Corps.

• Construction, alteration, and repair of male and female ceremonial flight suits (Officer, Fat Albert, and #7 Crew Chief).

• Approximately 102 Royal Blue Flight Suits (Officer) and 21 Navy Blue Flight Suits (Fat Albert/Crew Chief) annually.

• Option for approximately 51 Yellow Flight Suits (Officer) for "anniversary" seasons.

• Uniforms must comply with U.S. Navy Uniform Regulations (NAVPERS 156651, Chapter 6, Section 2, Article 6201.4) and this PWS.

• Requires flexibility to accommodate the Blue Angels' operational tempo for as-needed alterations.
