Evaluation
Award will be based on a best value tradeoff. Component One, consisting of two sample flight suits (Model 1 SUPPO and Model 2 PAO), will be evaluated first on an Acceptable/Unacceptable basis. Only offerors with acceptable samples will proceed to Component Two, which evaluates the Technical Proposal, Past Performance, and Price. Costs for sample flight suits are not reimbursed.
