Uniforms must comply with U.S. Navy Uniform Regulations (NAVPERS 156651, Chapter 6, Section 2, Article 6201.4) and specific performance standards detailed in the PWS, including flame-resistant Aramid fiber blend material.   • Evaluation: Best value tradeoff. Component One (Sample Flight Suit) is evaluated first as Acceptable/Unacceptable. Only quotes with acceptable samples proceed to Component Two evaluation (Technical Proposal, Past Performance, Price).
  • Past Performance: Offerors must complete Section I of the Past Performance Questionnaire (Attachment 4) and have their client submit Sections II and III directly to the Government by the proposal due date.
