This BAA seeks to recruit a pre-qualified candidate pool for various OIG components, including the Office of General Counsel (OGC), Research Insight Solution Center (RISC), Office of Investigations (OI), Office of Audit (OA), Office of Chief Information Officer (OCIO), and Mission Support (MS). Specific positions include, but are not limited to, Workers Compensation Surveillance Specialist (WCSS) and Federal Certified Polygraph Examiner (FCPE) within the Office of Investigations.

Key Updates
This BAA has been amended multiple times. Amendment 004 (posted 2026-06-10) supersedes prior versions, removing the Contract Fraud Analyst (CFA) position and adding the Federal Certified Polygraph Examiner (FCPE) position description to Attachment 3 (Office of Investigations). Previous amendments updated duty locations for the WCSS and added the CFA position (later removed).
Additional Notes
Prior fiscal year BAA proposals deemed acceptable do not need to be resubmitted for the same position. Travel reimbursement is generally not authorized unless specified in position descriptions.
